Dr. Robert Leonard combines 30 years’ private and public sector expertise in Marketing, Management, Communications, Leadership Consulting and Relationship Management with teach experience in Communications, Management and Decision Sciences. He earned a B.A. in Communications from Loyola University Maryland (1987), an MBA from the University of Baltimore (1993) and a Ph.D. in Applied Management and Decision Science from Walden University (2014, summa cum laude). He has worked in health care, tourism, legal, financial, hi-tech and additional professional industries since 1987. His doctoral dissertation, “The Role of Followership During Periods of Absent Leadership,” was published by Lambert Academic Publishing in full book format in 2015. Dr. Leondar is a member of the American Management Association.
