We are located halfway between Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC—making our campus one of the most accessible choices for visitors in the Metropolitan area and those arriving from out of town.

Spaces Available to Rent
Classrooms
We have several classrooms on-campus that are ideal for computer training sessions, presentations, and more. Most classrooms can accommodate 20 - 50 people.
McGowan Academic Center
The William G. McGowan Academic Center is a beautiful, high-windowed building with interactive classrooms, laboratories, a spacious atrium area, and an executive meeting room.
Puente Library
Our John G. and Beverly A. Puente Library, located on the first floor of our Telecomm Building, offers a lecture theater classroom and an open area with expansive windows facing the lovely, wooded outdoors.
Auditorium
Our Avrum Gudelsky Memorial Auditorium is under new renovation, with upgraded seating and carpeting, audio/visual, lighting, projection, and more—and will be available to rent after May 2, 2026. Space for 325.
Student Center
Our Student Center, located on the first floor of our MA/COMM Building, is the ideal space for hosting a banquet, party, or large gathering. With room for several tables and featuring pool tables and a big-screen TV, the life of the party starts here.
Lodging
Our Residence Hall offers rooms for limited rental during the summer off-season from June 1 - August 1.
Note: Rental spaces that impact student areas are limited during our academic semesters.
