The John G. and Beverly A. Puente Library serves as the heart of research, study, and community connection at Capitol Technology University. Spanning two levels, the library offers inviting spaces that support both focused individual study and group collaboration. On the lower level, expansive windows frame the surrounding woods and fill the space with natural light, cultivating a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The upper-level features reservable group study rooms, the McGowan Classroom, and additional collaborative areas. The library’s collection includes more than 10,000 print materials—books, DVDs, and more—and the Virtual Library, which provides comprehensive digital access to major academic databases such as ACM, EBSCOhost, IEEE, LexisNexis-Uni, and ProQuest. From student project exhibits and the Antique Tech Display to a fiction collection featuring manga, anime, and graphic novels, Puente Library is a vibrant hub for academic discovery and community gathering. With welcoming spaces, a wealth of resources, and dedicated staff, Puente Library supports students, faculty, and researchers at every stage of their academic journey.
