New MOU between Capitol Technology University and AAB College

A new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was established on January 24, 2020 between Capitol Technology University in Laurel, Maryland and AAB College in the Republic of Kosovo to develop a student and faculty exchange program, broaden educational opportunities, and increase the capabilities of each institutions’ cybersecurity labs.

This innovative MOU was sparked by Dr. William Butler, a Fulbright Specialist from Capitol Technology University, and Dr. Arianit Maraj, a Fulbright Scholar from AAB College. Through this agreement, the expertise and resources of both institutions will be leveraged to create a pathway for collaboration and information sharing between faculty and graduate students and to increase the quality of academic programs and at Capitol Technology and AAB College.
