Dr. David Lee
Vice President, Academic Affairs
Dr. David Lee is the Vice President of Academic Affairs at Capitol Technology University. Dr. Lee is a seasoned academic leader with more than two decades of experience in higher education, global program development, and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Capitol Technology University, he served in senior roles at Johns Hopkins University, where he advanced key academic initiatives, expanded experiential learning opportunities, and strengthened collaborations between faculty, industry partners, and research institutions.
Dr. Lee’s academic leadership also includes his work at Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH) as Chief Editor and Program Coordinator for International Relations, where he supported global engagement and elevated the university’s international academic profile.
In addition to his higher education leadership, Dr. Lee held senior roles at C-BIOMEX, where he supported scientific innovation through international expansion, research partnerships, and strategic investor relations. His broader career spans strategic roles in legal operations, institutional strategy, and organizational development across the United States and South Korea.
Dr. Lee holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, a B.A. in English Literature from City College of New York, and an Executive Certificate in Design Thinking for Innovation from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
