Dr. John Outwater is a Professor of Electrical Engineering at Capitol Technology University. Dr. Outwater worked as an antenna and RF engineer at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory for almost 7 years. He earned his BS in Computer Engineering at Villanova University, and MS and PhD at The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Outwater has contributed extensively to scholarly research in his field.
