Keith Michel is the Capitol Artificial Intelligence Learning and Innovation Environment (CAILIE) Director at Capitol Technology University. Keith is an experienced management professional with a strong background in executive advising, business development, growth strategies, and partnership management within the Federal market. He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence for IT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation sectors. Keith has held senior leadership roles at a dual-use, post-accelerator advisory and technology accelerator firm. In this role, he advised next-generation technology firms on go-to-market strategy, federal positioning, partnership development, and revenue growth, guiding companies as they transitioned from early-stage innovation to sustainable commercial and government relationships. Previously, Keith has worked at Booz Allen Hamilton managing partnerships for an in-house Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) Platform startup and at SAIC managing partnerships for a data platform startup that applies attribute-based access controls (ABAC) to enforce Zero Trust for data. Keith is adept at leading high-performing teams and providing strategic guidance to executive leadership. He holds a BS in Biology from the University of Maryland at College Park, an MS in Data Science from Eastern University, and a certificate in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from the MIT Sloan School of Management Executive Program.
