Michael Betley

Michael Betley serves as Vice President of Finance for Capitol Technology University. As a former chief financial officer, Michael Betley brings twenty-five years of finance experience to the team at Capitol Technology University. He is a seasoned financial executive who received back-to back master’s degrees in finance from Loyola University. His first was an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance and the second was a Master of Science in Finance.

Prior to Capitol Technology University, Michael Betley was the Chief Executive Officer with multiple mortgage banking firms in the mid-Atlantic region spanning over the last two decades. During this time, he managed over $500 million in assets for several firms and participated in over 25 successful federal program audits. Michael is also a part-time adjunct professor at several Maryland institutions of higher learning where he teaches courses in business and finance.
