Dr. Sheila Armstrong

Dr. Sheila Armstrong is an adjunct professor in Business and Management at Capitol Technology University. Born in Washington, DC, and a longtime resident of Prince George’s County, Maryland, Dr. Armstrong brings over 40 years of experience working and teaching in various roles. Her background in Organizational Management, Database Development, and Real Estate has given her strong communication, attention to detail, and negotiation skills. As a former business owner and an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) expert, she has built her career on both expertise and service. Dr. Armstrong takes pride in fostering meaningful, lasting relationships with her students, believing that education extends beyond academics to developing the whole person.
