Individual lease housing is available to students enrolled at any college or university seeking to live in a focused community of learners in the heart of the Baltimore/Washington Corridor. Capitol Technology University’s 52-acre park like campus is just off the Baltimore Washington Parkway, 15 minutes from the Greenbelt Metro, and 20 minutes from the campuses of University of Maryland College Park and Bowie State University. Students participating in credit-bearing internships in the Baltimore/Washington area are also welcomed for short-term housing.
Innovators offers fully furnished apartments including kitchen and living space, all utilities included and direct internet connection ports and WiFi. Amenities include available study rooms, a fitness room, free parking, weekend shuttle service to shopping and metro.
