Dr. Robb Shawe

With a career spanning the military, public, private, and government sectors, Dr. Shawe is a widely experienced and accomplished professional in education, administration, and management, with a special emphasis on crisis management, human resources management, and policy analysis. He is CEO of New York Security Consulting Professionals, LLC. Shawe is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

A lifelong student and consummate professional, Dr. Shawe has earned four master’s degrees and four doctorates, in Critical Infrastructure, Emergency and Protective Services, Cyber Leadership, and Sustainability.  He is the author or co-author of more than 40 scholarly articles.
