Dr. Marianne Meins

Board Member

Dr. Marianne Meins currently serves as Vice President of Converged Environment at Vectrus. With more than 25 years of national security-related experience, Dr. Meins has held several executive positions in industry. Joining Vectrus in 2021, she leads the mission in leading, developing, and implementing advanced technical solutions in the Defense, Homeland Security and Intelligence Community sectors.

Prior to joining Vectrus, Dr. Meins was the President of Onclave, where she led the growth strategy and business operations for Secure IoT, the first zero-trust secure communications platform for OT to successfully pass the National Cyber Range testing protocol. She also previously served as VP of Critical Infrastructure Protection at Parsons Corporation, where she was responsible for the corporate-wide critical infrastructure protection strategy and the development of domain6™, Parsons’ Converged Security Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Solution. Dr. Meins served as VP of Cyber & Intelligence Sector and as VP of Business Development for the National Security Division. Previously, she held several executive positions in the industry, leading and growing profit-and-loss organizations for large and small businesses, all focused on national security missions.

Dr. Meins is a graduate of the University of California at San Diego, where she majored in applied math and scientific programming. She went on to earn a master of science in computer science from George Mason University, and a Ph.D. in Critical Infrastructure from Capitol Technology University. She currently serves as an Executive Advisory Board member of George Mason’s Computer Game Design Program.
