Jack Chielli

Jack Chielli serves as Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing at Capitol Technology University. With more than twenty years of experience in higher education, Jack brings deep expertise in enrollment strategy, marketing, communications, and student recruitment. He is a seasoned executive known for building data-driven enrollment operations, launching award-winning institutional brands, and guiding universities through periods of growth, disruption, and change.

Prior to joining Capitol Technology University, Jack held senior leadership roles at Mount St. Mary’s University, Wilkes University, and the Community College of Allegheny County. Across his career, he has led record-setting enrollment initiatives, implemented modern CRM and digital marketing systems, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and served as a trusted advisor to presidents, boards, and senior leadership teams. Jack is also a former journalist and national speaker with extensive experience in government relations and crisis communication
