FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Laurel, MD—Capitol Technology University will be attending Ai4, a can’t miss industry event for artificial intelligence professionals, researchers, and innovators scheduled for August 11–13 in Las Vegas. President Bradford L. Sims and Vice President of Cyber Science Outreach and Partnerships, Dr. William Butler, will be representing Capitol Tech at the event.
“Our presence at Ai4 underscores Capitol Tech’s commitment to advancing applied AI research and preparing the next generation of AI-ready professionals,” said President Sims. “As AI continues to transform every industry, we’re also continuing our mission to lead, educate, and collaborate.”
Capitol Tech invites attendees, partners, and media to visit their Ai4 booth and learn more about the university’s industry-driven curriculum and cutting-edge programs.
Capitol Tech equips students with the skills and knowledge to succeed through AI degree programs at every level—from beginner to expert—including the new Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Applied AI and Master of Philosophy in AI.
Also new in 2025 is the Capitol AI Learning & Innovation Environment (CAILIE), made possible by a generous alumnus donation. This virtual platform is designed to provide hands-on exploration of AI, machine learning, and computer science from anywhere in the world.
As a member of the U.S. Artificial Intelligence Safety Institute (USAISI) consortium, established by NIST, which brings together leading organizations from industry and academia, the university also brings research and thought leadership to address the critical challenges of AI safety and ethics.
Ai4 is one of a series of tech conferences that the university will attend this year, including DEF CON 33 the week before and GreyCon 2025—Capitol Tech’s AI, space, and cybersecurity conference—hosted on their Laurel, MD campus in October.
