On Monday, August 17, 2020, Capitol Technology University the University of Liberia (UL), located in Monrovia, Liberia, met online in Zoom to conduct a virtual signing ceremony for a new International Partners in Education Framework Agreement. The Agreement was signed to promote partnerships; grant end-of-course certificates and degrees at both the undergraduate and graduate levels; and facilitate and enhance academic, administrative, and research cooperation between the two universities.
