Cybersecurity is no longer just a technical requirement; it’s a strategic differentiator, a critical business asset, and a core component of organizational trust. Boards and executives expect cyber leaders to provide clear, actionable insights on security posture, emerging risks, and mitigation strategies.

Cyber leaders must communicate cybersecurity priorities effectively, align initiatives with business objectives, and position their organization as secure and trustworthy.  Effective communication results in the company gaining a competitive advantage while strengthening resilience and stakeholder confidence.

In this webinar, led by author and consultant Dewayne Hart, participants will learn how to become cyber strategists, using communication to reinforce organizational security, drive engagement, and enhance brand reputation. They will explore how to establish a strong security presence, articulating expectations and fostering shared responsibility among teams, executives, and partners.

Attendees will also learn how to reduce operational gaps through transparent messaging, prevent confusion during incidents, and adopt a hacker mindset to anticipate threats, make critical decisions, and strengthen organizational resilience.

The 60-minute webinar concludes with a moderated live question-and-answer period.

Capitol Technology University offers the webinar as a complimentary informational service. This webinar offers a Certificate of Attendance.
