Capitol Technology University is proud to be part of a larger community of education-focused organizations and institutions.

IEEE Education Partners Program - Through the IEEE Education Partners Program (EPP), Capitol offers selected graduate degree and post-baccalaureate certificate programs at a special tuition rate for IEEE full members.

Maryland Digital Library - All Capitol Technology University students and faculty have access to dozens of electronic publications through this online resource. Available are databases, electronic books, journals and other reference works.

Maryland Space Grant Consortium - The MDSGC, part of NASA’s National Space Grant College and Fellowship Program, contributes to the nation's science enterprise by funding research, education, and public service projects through a national network of 52 college-based Space Grant consortia.

National Cryptologic School (NCS) – Capitol has partnered with the NSA’s National Cryptologic School in order to provide National Security Agency employees and Department of Defense partners with the opportunity to transfer NCS credits towards completing their degree at Capitol. National CyberWatch Center - Capitol Technology University is a member of The National CyberWatch Center, an Advanced Technological Education Center funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation. The center, founded in 2005 as a consortium for ten institutions in the DC metro area, has grown to 95 member institutions across 29 states and the District of Columbia. The National CyberWatch Center's mission is to increase the quantity and quality of the cybersecurity (information assurance) workforce through increased education, curriculum development, faculty development, student development, career pathway exploration and development and public awareness.

National Defense University (NDU) - Capitol has partnered with the National Defense University Information Resource Management University (NDU/IRMC) to advance the professional skills and knowledge of active-duty military, veterans and select Department of Defense employees.

ROTC - Capitol Technology University in collaboration with the University of Maryland College Park offers perspective and current students the opportunity to participate in UMCP's ARMY ROTC Program.
