Capitol has been a pioneer at the forefront of cybersecurity education for well over 20 years. Our graduates have been employed all over the nation in mission-critical positions at government agencies such as NSA, and DHS and private sector companies such as Lockheed Martin and Booz Allen Hamilton, protecting the nation’s critical infrastructure on a daily basis.  But protecting our nation’s infrastructure is not just their job. Every one of us must become a cyber defender practicing good cyber "hygiene" for ourselves and becoming a resource to our co-workers, families, friends. This month of activities represents Capitol's effort to be that friend, family member or neighbor that makes the difference between avoiding becoming the next victim of identity theft or ransomware.

This month we also announce the dedication of the Center for Cybersecurity Research and Analysis replacing the CICPC. The Center for Cybersecurity Research and Analysis serves as the university hub for training, research, analysis, and programming in all things cybersecurity using an interdisciplinary approach.
