Dianne M. O'Neill
Senior Vice President Information Technology and Interim Vice President Academic Affairs
Dianne M. O'Neill is responsible for the information technology and database systems of the university. As Interim Vice President of Academic Affairs, O'Neill oversees The Graduate School, library services, and accreditation and assessment.
A Maryland native, O'Neill received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in systems management from Capitol Technology University. Prior to her 2002 appointment as Vice President, O'Neill served as Capitol’s Director of Registration and Records. Previously, she was Director of Financial Aid at the University of Maryland University College and a higher education consultant.
