Capitol Cyber Camp - Canceled for Summer 2022

Are you a middle school or high school student making plans for your summer? How would you like to spend part 2-weeks learning how to detect cyberattacks and foil those who try to carry them out?

Capitol Technology University offers a camp experience for students from grades 7-12 (community college students welcome) with an interest in cyber, coding, or robotics. During these unique camps, you'll learn skills that will give you a strong start in one of today's highest-demand fields. You'll have fun and make friends along the way.

This summer program will provide attendees with an introduction to the knowledge, skills, and tools used by cybersecurity students and professionals. During camp, you'll learn how to use Linux cybersecurity tools, scan networks, monitor communications, hack systems, work with cryptography, and much more! Participants can compete to win a Raspberry Pi, a capable small device that enables people of all ages to explore computing, and to learn how to program! Certificates and a Capitol Tech t-shirt. will be provided to students who successfully complete the program.
